What derails church ministry? What sustains church ministry?
- Self-promotion derails. Heart transformation sustains. (v. 1-3) “…not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts...”
- Self-sufficiency derails. Christ’s sufficiency sustains. (v. 4-6) “… the letter kills, but the spirit gives life...”
- Fading glory derails. Surpassing glory sustains. (v. 7-11) “… what once had glory has come to have no glory at all, because of the glory that surpasses it.”
